Find answers to common questions about RFID technology and our service.
Yes we can give you 100% system following our best practice of implementation and training.
RFID tags have a unique number on it, even if you have multiple tags with the same barcode number on it, each tag is unique.
An RFID solution is adopted for efficiency in large-volume scenarios, where time-saving is crucial. However, utilizing reusable tags requires manual assignment, either through encoding without visual cues or repetitive encoding with label adjustments, leading to a cumbersome, error-prone process.
Our RFID tags are tailored for specific purposes and items, offering versatility across various conditions. With ranges from 30cm to 50cm up to 1m to 2m, depending on size and type, our tags outperform others in the industry, boasting superior durability and extended range capabilities.
There are 2 sets of information on the tag. Printed and encoded.
Printed information recommended is 5 lines for a standard jewellery label. The tag type and information decides the amount of information printed on the tag. If you are already using abarcode labels the rfid label will be designed in the same way. The visual data will look the same as the barcode label on the rfid tag.
We have clients in 23 countries with more than 500 deployments. Clients range from single stores to multistore chain, give names.
Nothing is changing in data security. Our printing application is on your server so it is behind your company firewall. The android application is getting data from either Google Drive or webservices. Google drive is safest method and webservices are on your server. We don’t store any data with us, all data is processed and sent back to your ERP.
Yes, of course a tag can get damaged when someone intentionally tampers with it. To damage a tag, you have to break one of the 6 legs connecting the chip to inlay. The black dot on the tag is a chip which can be broken if pressed hard under the ring or bent and pressed. This is very rare and we inform users to be careful. Only thru intentional effort, tags can be damaged.
